The Undergraduate Council Records (1984-1987) consist of the Council's agendas, minutes, working papers and memos.

These records include minutes, correspondence, memos, program evaluation data and reports. They document the history of the University Program Evaluation Committee, (UPEC) from its inception. NOTE: Program Evaluation Reports are incorporated in the annual Long-Range Academic Plan.

Scope and Contents This Faculty Senate file contains memoranda, meeting minutes and reports. Memoranda are from various Faculty Senate members to SSU faculty and the university community. Meeting minutes cover topics such as: academic cabinet deliberations on staffing, upcoming legislation, University Bill 12-1, and dependent insurance. This collection includes meeting minutes from Public Affairs Center (PAC) meetings as well as recordings from the meetings on cassette tapes, general Public Affairs information, Correspondence between different offices on campus, Illinois Issues magazine information and research, and Desegregation informaiton from the Springfield Public School Disctrict.

The Cassette tapes that where part of the Crisis in Confidence papers were removed and placed at the end of the collection.
