This collection contains the papers of Charles H. Spaulding relating to his work on water filtration in Springfield, Illinois. It contains articles published by Spaulding, biographical information, reports, a small amount of correspondence, and reference material on water purification. Also includes a specimen of a Spaulding precipitator.

This collection contains the personal papers of Clarence Danhof. Correspondence files largely relate to his work at Sangamon State University and the administrative and curricular management of the Economics and Organization and Management programs. The rest of the collection concerns Danhof’s research on Springfield’s urban development, comprising research notes, official publications, budget reports, maps, and related material. Arranged alphabetically.

Scope and Contents The Sangamon State University Cooperative Complex records consist of national, regional, and state organizations and associations, no-profit, or from the private sector, records that are concerned with excellence in government and public affairs.
