Scope and Contents

This collection contains paper and media records dealing with the University Assembly meetings. It includes minutes, agendas, reports, and recordings of the meetings. The collection is ordered by date.

Series one: Consists of paper records, agendas, meeting minutes, and roll calls of votes for the assembly.

Series two: Consists of recordings of the meetings as well as the executive committee. The formats include reel-to-reel and audio cassette.

This collection contains papers relating to the internal governing of SSU. It includes committee reports, minutes, correspondence, memos, bills, resolutions, budgetary items, and curriculums.

Scope and Contents

This collection includes papers, programs, memos, reports, announcements, and media (audio and video), booklets, press releases, papers of the coordinating committee as well as the contents of a time capsule that was set to open June 11, 2001. Historical note: This time capsule was opened and there is an article in the State Journal about said opening.
