Tape Collection (1970-current) consists of a variety of topics on video tapes, reel-to-reel tapes and audio cassettes. Topics include the inauguration of President Spencer, the first SSU Commencement in 1972 and other commencement ceremonies, Sangamon River Basin Project, Psychology Today, poetry readings, Festival of Verbal Arts, Gerontology Institute, Black Awareness week, and many others

Scope and Contents This collection consists of material relating to the WUIS/WIPA FM radio program "Skirting Convention: Twelve Women Who Changed Springfield". It includes background research materials on each of the women as well as a press release and a program that contains the audio CD of the radio broadcasts. Scope and Contents

This collection includes papers, programs, memos, reports, announcements, and media (audio and video), booklets, press releases, papers of the coordinating committee as well as the contents of a time capsule that was set to open June 11, 2001. Historical note: This time capsule was opened and there is an article in the State Journal about said opening.
