The University of Illinois Foundation, Board of Director's Series 1995-1999 series consists of fourteen folders , one for each of the meetings held in this time frame. The folders contain the minutes, agendas, and reports of these meetings. Some folders also include by laws, foundation articles of incorporation, campaign gift counting policies and various brochures and handouts from the meetings.

The University of Illinois Foundation (UIF) Volunteer Leadership Forum "Engaging a Brilliant Future" campaign material for UIS. This collection is composed of published material in a ring binder, including: official remarks by Chancellor Ringeisen, UIF campaign overview, fundraising goals, leadership and advocacy adgenda. It encloses a booklet highlighting UIS faculty research and teaching accomplishements.

Faculty Senate – Curriculum and Academic Standards Committee Records
The collection contains material related to the committee’s work such as correspondence, minutes, agendas, reports, and program reviews. It also includes material related to SSU’s efforts to develop communication skills from all students as well as records that document university-wide program evaluations. The second box also includes two cassettes from one meeting.

These records include minutes, correspondence, memos, program evaluation data and reports. They document the history of the University Program Evaluation Committee, (UPEC) from its inception. NOTE: Program Evaluation Reports are incorporated in the annual Long-Range Academic Plan.
