Biography
The Faculty Exchange program was created in the 1980s after relations with Peoples Republic of China softened and allowed for the exchange of professors to teach in China and America for roughly a semester. The primary university that was used for this was Shanghai University along with other smaller universities mentioned throughout the collection. It is unclear if there was an exchange of students in this process or if it was just the exchange of professors.
