This collection, donated by UIS alumnus Brian Hendricks, is comprised of a partially complete run of "Capitol Fax," a daily newsletter devoted to Illinois politics. The collection includes issues of "Capitol Fax" spanning the years 1998-2003, although it is incomplete. "Capitol Fax" is transmitted to paid subscribers via fax machine and the internet and is written by Rich Miller. Additional Issues of Capitol fax, dating from October 2004 to the present, are located at the publication's website: http://capitolfax.com/
