Scope and Contents This collection, donated by UIS alumnus Brian Hendricks, is comprised of a partially complete run of "Capitol Fax," a daily newsletter devoted to Illinois politics. The collection includes issues of "Capitol Fax" spanning the years 1998-2003, although it is incomplete.
