This collection contains the records of the Human Resource Inventory Project which includes planning papers, code books, correspondence, questionnaires, drafts and final reports, and reference reports.

These are the planning papers and the preliminary data from an unfunded project on Quality of Life Among the Aging. Included in the collection are letters, memos, a bibliography on aging, census statistics on aging for Springfield from 1900 to 1970, characteristics of Older Persons in Illinois, and information about Senior Citizens Commission of Springfield, Senior Citizens of Sangamon County (including the White Cottage of Springfield), and other materials.
