This collection consists of statements of personnel policies issued and updated by the Vice President of Academic Affairs, with additions and updating at irregular intervals. This file also contains proposals and decision calendars.
Sabbatical Leave Request Records
This collection contains the Sabbatical Leave Committee minutes, memoranda, and proposal synopses, and applicant's proposal requests, references and memoranda. Documents the Committee's decisions regarding the granting of sabbaticals for the 1981-1982 academic year, and applicant's proposals.
Semiannual Personal Listings
Each volume lists SSU administrators, faculty and staff members. Also listed are rank, position title, highest degree earned, monthly salary starting date, full or part-time employment and the number of months in contract as well as distribution of administrators and faculty members in various divisions, offices, and programs of the University.
University Relations – Faculty Appointment Files
This collection contains contracts, resumes, correspondence, press releases, photographs, and samples of faculty publications. There are files related to past faculty, part-time faculty, and past administrative staff. There is also material related to the appointments of graduate assistants and faculty assistants.
