This collection contains information pertaining to the advising of students on campus, both Undergrad and Graduate students. Also included is some information dealing with committees on campus as well as monetary affairs of the campus in the early 1970s. There are also unpublished and published works of individuals involved in the Advising program on campus.

This collection contains the records for the capital and operating budgets for the university in the early years.

Scope and Contents The internal budgets are prepared annually to show how the university allocates the income from appropriations and non-appropriated funds. Traditionally, the budgets are divided into three sections; there are summaries and cost center breakdowns, then working papers which show personnel allocations, and the last section on non-appropriated funds which include farm income, gifts, investments, and other revenue from university services rather than state funds. This collection details the university’s financial needs in the areas of budget, capital budgets, and operating resources. These documents provide a summary to reflect a historical year of data, a current budget, and the upcoming budget request. The RAMP documents have data on things such as staffing, state-appropriated resources, and many other budget related items.
