These records consist of official records (agendas and minutes), working papers (correspondence, memos, reports, announcements and notes) of various Faculty Senate Ad Hoc and Subcommittees from 1972 to 1994. Committees include but are not limited to Election committees, Ad Hoc Committee on the Status of University Women, Task Force on Sexual Harassment Policy, and Ad Hoc Committee on Governance.

In addition to minutes, agendas and audio tapes, this series includes informal documents as memos, correspondence, reports announcements and meeting notices. The earliest audio tape is dated June 14, 1991. Box #5 & 6 added May 25, 1995. These are audio tapes that run from April 22, 1993 and April 16, 1995; April 20, 1995 to May 4 1995.
