Biography

Steven Ray Carter was born in 1942. He was an instructor in English at Youngstown State University in Ohio in 1968-1970, 1972, and 1973, followed by positions at the University of Sassari, University of North Carolina-Wilmington, University of Puerto Rico-Rio Pedras, Salem State College, University of Akron, and Trenton State College.
