The files dates from the administrations of Presidents Robert C. Spencer (1972-78) and Alex B. Lacy (1978-84) and Durwald Long (1984). The files also contain correspondence of C. Jack Coleman, Director of University Relations and Affirmative Action Officer (1979-78), and the mail log of the President's office (1980-81).
