The President's Chronological Correspondence File including carbon copies of letters and memos sent from the President's Office, to university and external parties, concerning administrative, financial, fund raising, and personal matters. The files dates from the administrations of Presidents Robert C. Spencer (1972-78) and Alex B. Lacy (1978-84) and Durwald Long (1984). The files also contain correspondence of C. Jack Coleman, Director of University Relations and Affirmative Action Officer (1979-78), and the mail log of the President's office (1980-81).
