Reports, studies, surveys and planning documents prepared by the Planning and Development Division and the Office of Institutional Research, 1970-. Subjects covered include buildings, budget enrollment, faculty projections, long range planning, non instructional facilities, planning, parking, registrations, student housing, and student profiles.

Scope and Contents Records of the Instutional Research Office contain valuable documentaton of the planning & development of SSU from it's beginning. They include minutes, reports, memos, correspondence, and recommendations of committees and task forces. Scope and Contents

The SSU Data Book was a continuing report, frequently updated, of enrollment statistics. It contained information about graduate and undergraduate, full-time and part-time, on-campus and off-campus enrollments. Included were sections on enrollment by program, age, race, ethnic group, county, and transfer institution. Enrollment projections and cost studies are also included. Cover memos for the update are present. Publication ceased in 1983.

Scope and Contents SSU Semi-annual Personnel Listings (1971-79) prepared by the Planning and Development Division and the Office of Analytical Studies and Institutional Research. Each volume lists SSU administrators, faculty and staff members.
