Records of the University Hearing Board (1970-) including correspondence, minutes, reports, memoranda, and working papers with case files grievances heard by the board. Major cases include 1973 Tenure Case (also called the Faculty Six), the 1975 Ron Ettinger Case, the 1975 Walter Kimmel Case, the 1976 Redge Ranyard Case, and the 1976 Steve Murov Case. Scope and Contents

The capital budget and operating budget detail the university's financial needs in the area of the university. Both the capital budget and operating budget were absorbed into the RAMP documents in FY75. The Capital budget became Volume II and the Operating budget became Volume IV of the RAMP set.

NOTE: Beginning FY 1975 the Capital Budget and the Operating Budget were incorporated in RAMP (Resource Allocation and Management Program). See Series E2/1/3.

New and Expanded Program Requests (NEPR) are submitted annually for approval of new B.A. and M.A. degree programs as well as other kinds of special units or projects which represent new and expanded programs. Prior to FY76, NEPR's were separate reports. Beginning with FY77, the NEPR is Volume III of the RAMP documents.
