Scope and Contents

The President's Office Subject File consists of personal correspondence from the Lacy and Long Administrations, correspondence with division heads, deans, and office-campus correspondence; social invitations, thank-you letters; President's Calendar, and minutes and memos of President's Cabinet; Faculty vitae; reports and other material on academic programs, Clayville, intersessions, commencement, Convocom, and tenure cases. The file also includes personnel files of employees of the President's Office, and search committee material for President, VPAA, Director of University Relations. Also included is material from the SSU student, staff, and faculty senates.
