Sangamon Aditorium publications. Collection includes programs, flyers, and newsletters for events in the Performing Arts series, Class Acts series, and Sangamon Auditorium events. Includes "On Stage", a monthly publication featuring brief articles about upcoming events and the performers, as well as general information about the auditorium.

This records series comprises 2 x 2 35mm color and black-and-white slides of the university, its buildings, professors, people, events, speakers, and other related slides. Slides are accessioned numerically. (This list was previously in the card catalog.) A notebook is kept with the slides which lists alphabetically personal names, subjects, and objects photographed on the slides.

Most of the photos in this series were taken during the first ten years of SSU's existence. Subjects are students, faculty members and administrators. There are several photos of buildings under construction, both interior and exterior.
