This collection contains the records and papers of the Publication Editor. This includes publications, layouts, graphics information, projects such as the Sangamon State University logo, parking decals, pamphlets, booklets, stationary, business cards and other printed material.

The collection is arranged in alphabetical order for the better part of the collection.
