Adjunct faculty personnel files kept by Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs includes notifications of appointment and re-appointment; notifications of appointment and agreement; personal services actions forms; personal information sheets, course evaluations, and faculty employment records. These files are of part-time faculty members who are no longer with the University.
