Scope and Contents From the Collection: The Illinois Board of Regents Files Series consists of the "book," which contains the agenda, minutes of the previous meeting, Executive Director's Report, Director's Report, President's Report from the president of each regency univesity (NIU, ISU, SSU), special reports relevant to the agenda, and other attachments.
