Hummon, Union Seminary student, discusses pacifism and the people and events that have influenced his beliefs. He recalls classmates at Union Seminary who were conscientious objectors during WWII, his decision to go into a rural ministry, experiences at Chicago Seminary, farm programs in the 1960's, and efforts to work with rural populations.
