Scope and Contents
This collection is made up entirely of CDS, 74 in total. Some of the files that are included on the CDS include: PSD, PDF, TIF, JPG, WORD, ART, AI, THM and Postscript Documents. This collection is organized via years with divider papers labeling the years covered by the CDS which range from 1999-2003. Some CDS have files that will not open on them due to them being either font files, or files that have corrupted and can no longer be opened.

History
The earliest reference to Media Services/website is from February. 20, 2001. The main objective of this department was to be used as a public archive for the public outreach department, according to what was found on the way back machine. The department also handled things involving the Media Lab, the Multimedia Classroom, Distance Learning Center, and Operations center; all of which were housed on the lower floors of the library. The very last update to their website was June 20th, 2002, according to the way back machine. It is unknown when the last date of operation was. There is a modern-day equivalent of the department which is called the Office of Electronic Media.
