University Assembly – Task Force on Faculty Personnel Policy
Scope and Contents
This collection includes meeting minutes, memoranda, surveys and working papers. Meeting minutes include draft of UA Bill 4-15, membership list, workload, staff and faculty recruitment policies and faculty workload. Memoranda from the Secretary of Task Force are addresses to various deans, Robert Crowley, faculty members and other task force members. Surveys contain information regarding personnel policy satisfaction from faculty, and library use. Working papers include drafts of SSU faculty personnel policies, draft of a minority report on personnel property and a draft of UA Bill 4-15 regarding the regulation of faculty contributions to meet program goals and contributions.

History
The Task force on Faculty Personnel Policy dealt with several early Sangamon State University (SSU) bills, their workload, and recruitment. The Task Force also addressed concerns to various deans and upper administration of the university. The Task Force lasted for the first five years of the university.
