Holman recalls her early years while growing up in Berlin, Germany, her parents, and the changes that occurred in Germany under Adolf Hitler; moving to the United States, her marriage to Dr. John Holman in 1938, moving to Springfield, and her children Andrew and Robert. Holman recalls her childhood passion for the arts that remained with her throughout her life. She discusses her roles as President of the Springfield Art Association, President of the Springfield Symphony Guild, and longtime member of the Springfield Symphony Board. 3 tapes, 240 mins., 66 pp. Interview by Eugenia Eberle, 1994 Gift of Eugenia Eberle, 2005.
