Leonard Rosenfeld, doctor of medicine, discusses his experiences with the IIAA working in Nicaragua: health programs, Managua, drainage projects, people and language. He discusses President Somoza, his rise to power, government and politics, economics, WWII, and Nicaragua's relationship to the U.S. Also recalls his earlier life: education, medical school, and artistic interests. And discusses his more recent work in Saskatchewan, Canada, health programs and organizations, and his work as a consultant.
