Holloway, member of the Illinois House of Representatives 1959-75, discusses his accomplishments in the General Assembly, including his work on the revenue committee, state income tax, surface mining commission, creation of Illinois Environmental Protection Agency, transportation legislation, and other projects. He also discusses living in Granite City and Sparta, Illinois, and reflects on his interest and involvement with politics over the years.
