Unit was established to improve the teaching/learning process at SSU, by emphasizing the development of the university's human resources. The members of the Instructional Development Unit (IDU) were: Mary Jo Detweiler, John Wilshusen and Howard Dillon. This file contains memoranda, reports, meeting minutes, surveys and proposals. Reports include: Instructional Development at SSU and the History Competency Project. The survey is a Needs Assessment for the planning of the IDU (1973). Memoranda are from Ron Ettinger and Howard to library and SSU faculty.
