The University Librarian's administrative and reference files include agendas and minutes of library Cabinet meetings and Library Instructional Services meetings. They also include memos, letters, and reports to and from IRAD, ILDS, HEGIS, CODSULI, RAMP, UPEC, and other organizations and interact with the library, both inside and outside Sangamon State University.
