FIRST CONGREGATIONAL CHURCH Ogden Brown, long-time Springfield resident and member of the First Congregational Church, discusses church activities, Fore-Fathers' Day Dinners, destruction of the church by fire in 1956, support from the Temple B'rith Sholom, fundraising and reconstruction, and changes in the church over the years. He also discusses some of the positions he has held within the church including steward-, moderator, a member of the Handy Andys, and a member of the Pulpit Committee.
