The University of Illinois Foundation, Board of Director's Series 1995-1999 series consists of fourteen folders , one for each of the meetings held in this time frame. The folders contain the minutes, agendas, and reports of these meetings. Some folders also include by laws, foundation articles of incorporation, campaign gift counting policies and various brochures and handouts from the meetings.

This collection is composed of published material in a ring binder, including: official remarks by Chancellor Ringeisen, UIF campaign overview, fundraising goals, leadership and advocacy adgenda. It encloses a booklet highlighting UIS faculty research and teaching accomplishements.
