Proceedings and minutes of the Illinois Board of Regents (1967-1995), the governing body of NIU, ISU, and SSU; annual published volumes are compilations of the minutes including agenda for 1980-1982. The Illinois Board of Regents was abolished in 1995 by the Illinois General assembly's Bill to Reorganize Higher Education in Illinois. The IBOR was dissolved at the end of 1995.

Scope and Contents The Board of Regents Regulations File consists of copies of administrative regulations issued in notebook form, memoranda, users guide, index and superseded pages. Regulation subjects include: Board Committees, Freedom of Information Act, Programs and their approval, Long-range planning, faculty and administrative appointments, and financial affairs.
