This film was planned as the audiovisual component of the Lincoln Sites Project. Work was stopped after 15,000 ft had been shot. Some of the film is rough footage and some has preliminary editing. Out-takes are included. The theme is life in New Salem and Springfield in the days of Abraham Lincoln.

Physical Sciences Program records (1970-81) consist of description and proposal establishment of Physical Sciences Program, meeting minutes, agenda, memos, brochures and program sponsored events. The Physical Sciences Program sought to provide students with a solid foundation in the physical sciences, a perception of the major problems facing society and sufficient background to facilitate solutions. The program was terminated in 1981.

Scope and Contents Philosophy and Human Values Sequence Records, (1976-) consists of course descriptions, syllabi, bibliographies, and guidelines for adding and dropping courses. The Philosophy and Human Values Sequence does not offer a degree; it is a course sequence that can be taken in addition to or incorporated into a student's program. Scope and Contents PIRIT ( Project for Institutional Renewal through the Improvement of Teaching) records include grant proposals, reports, memos, correspondence, meeting notes and project evaluations. The project was funded by the SSU Venture Fund and Exxon Education Foundation. SSU was one of the 16 colleges and universities (8 in the south & 8 in the Midwest) chosen to participate.
