The HDC subject file 1981-1994 includes five year reviews, practicum handbooks, Council for Accreditation of Counseling and Related Educational Programs (CACREP) data, Graduate follow-up surveys, and materials for faculty hires.

Psychology Program records (1970 -) contain program meeting agenda and minutes, memos, working papers, correspondence, reports, brochures, proposals on Clinical Psychology, and course materials on "Psychology Today".

The video tape collection from the 1977 conference on Delinquency Prevention. This two day event featured speakers, panelists, dsicussion and material related to the field of delinquency.

Before 1980 every graduating student at SSU was required to submit a Graduation report to his advisor 30 days befrore the end of his final term. The report consisted of a self- assessment and a simultaneous demonstration of his academic achievement and communication skill.

These student records include memos, advisors notes, transcripts, evaluations, and other sensitive material. In November 1981 student files from the Teacher Education Program were interfiled with CFCS files.
