The Ad Hoc Committee on Graduate Assistantships was formed by Vice President for Academic Affairs, Richard Sames to examine the the graduate assistantship program, reformulate its purposes, and make recommendations about the allocation of assistantships. Records include minutes, report drafts and final reports.

The Committee on Public Affairs Development was formed by Vice President for Academic Affiars John Keiser to "give stimulus and guidance" in implementing the public affairs mandate to SSU. This series includes, minutes, proposals, reports and working papers relating to Public Affairs at SSU from its founding in 1970.
