This series contains correspondence, memos, reports, committee minutes, workshop materials. The series also contains two folders of minutes and working papers of the Committee on Status of University Women, and the work of that committee in detail, 1973-75.

Assistant Vice-Chancellor of Student Affairs, Steve Chrans was directly responsible for the Student Affairs and Housing and Residential Life. This series contains site plans, cost estimates, and program documents for the residence halls and recreational building on the UIS/SSU campus.
