This file contains the financial statements of Sangamon State University's Business Affairs Office. Included are annual and monthly accounting reports which cover the expenditures of the funds appropriated to the university.

The Dean of Business & Administrative Services Housing files includes material regarding the Student Housing Cooperative, lease agreement, Developers/Realtors, surveys, housing applications, the Streetside Boosters, Rudolph's Bean (People's Place) Coffee House, the Peer Counseling program, and the Housing Act Part I & II. It also includes a progress report on Capital Program and Roof Moisture Survey Report.

Folders 1-10 contain memos, correspondence and minutes reflecting the office routine of the Comptroller/Business Manager.
The remainder of the collection consists of contracts between SSU and other organizations or between SSU and individuals. In most cases the organization or individual commits to render services to SSU. The ones in which SSU commits to render services are marked "RECEIVABLE."

The Master Campus Physical Planning Committee (MCPPC), (1981-) records contain minutes, memoranda, working papers and reference materials which includes the architectural analysis of the Health & Science Building. The MCPPC's overall charge is to match spaces and facilities with the needs of the schools and programs.

Box 1: Includes public announcements of Civil Service job openings at Sangamon State University; information includes title, description, qualifications, salary, and application deadline for each position. Box 2: Contains correspondence, memos, minutes of meetings, and reports generated in the day-to day operations of Personnel Services. Of particular interest is the body of information about the State University Civil Service System (Boxes 4 & 5 ).
