This collection contains materials sent to the President’s office from the Illinois Board of Higher Education. It includes minutes, agendas, executive director reports, memos, and presidential annotations. It should be noted that because of how the collection was originally processed and split, some of the meeting minutes are separated into different boxes.

The collection has three series. The first series is meeting notes, agendas, and items relating to the meetings. The second series is committee and Master Plan work. The third series is correspondence. The rest of the collection is un serial and in order by date.
