Course schedules published by the Office of Admissions & Records identify course offerings for the semester. The entries include time, location, and names of instructors for each class, and often include course descriptions. Addenda were created to include classes added to or deleted from the schedule after it was published. Original class schedules were in a newspaper format. By 1993, SSU changed the class schedule to a magazine/ booklet format. This format was kept when the university transitioned to UIS in 1995.

The University stopped printing course schedules in 2007. All schedules from that point forward can be found on the Records & Registration website: http://www.uis.edu/registration/courseSchedule/archivedscheduleinfo/.
