Biology Program Records (1970-1978) contain program committee minutes, agendas and working papers, program reviews, course curriculum and descriptions, and proposals for biological science instruction (1971). Also contained are brochures, flyers, and the first issue of "Biology" about the faculty and graduates of SSU's Biology Program (1982). The Biology Program was designed to build a strong foundation in Biology and related disciplines and to aid students in mastering problem solving skills pertinent to scientific and public issues.
