Scope and Contents
Patent model of Spaulding precipitator. Water is pumped in at the top; as it rises solids precipitate. Water spilling over the top is nearly free of solid matter. Spaulding precipitators are in use at City Water Light and Power in Springfield. (Given to SSU by Mrs. Charles H. Spaulding.)
