Scope and Contents
This collection contains the records of the Center for Alternative Education, a not-for-profit private secondary school based in Springfield, Illinois from 1970-1982. Materials document the school’s objectives, philosophy, activities, financial affairs, and classroom instruction. The collection is divided into three series: Administrative Records, Financial Records, and Course Materials.
