Included are universities, colleges and junior colleges, as well as theological, fine arts, business, technical and proprietary schools.

The contents include information on appointments and promotions; policy studies and implementation and/or revisions of those policies; awards, renewals, and decisions made on contracts/agreements; reports of various individuals, committees, and organizations; requests for new appropriations, and budget reports.

This series contains bi-annual reports from the University of Illinois Board of Trustees. The reports are made once every two years and the bound copies consist of all meeting minutes from that two year period. Current collection ranges from 1996-2010.
