Part-time and Adjunct faculty personnel files kept by Vice-Chancellor for Academic Affairs includes mostly course evaluations, along with notifications of appointment and re-appointment; notifications of appointment and agreement; personal services actions forms; personal information sheets, and faculty employment records. These files are of part-time and adjunct faculty members who are no longer with the University. These files are similar to J1/5/14.
