Student files containing evaluation reports, transcripts, student papers and other student records. Evaluation reports include teacher evaluation of students. Academic records include; University admissions applications, academic transcripts, academic counseling consideration, graduation contracts, selection of faculty advisors and student papers submitted for evaluation.
J12/9/11. Political Studies Program Graduation Reports, 1973-1975 RESTRICTED
Prior to 1980 every graduating student at UIS was required to submit a Graduation Report to his advisor 30 days before the end of the students final term. This applied to undergraduate and graduate students. The reports consisted of a self assessment and demonstration of the students academic achievement and communication skills. Teacher evaluations are also included in some reports.
J6/20/10. Center for the Study of Middle Size Cities Energy Conservation Project Printout, 1978
The Energy Conservation Project was undertaken for the Illinois Commerce Commission. The printout shows the correlation among responses to survey question about home heating equipment, insulation, home value, and income.

Student papers cover environmental problems and proposed solutions at local, state and national levels. Topics included are waste disposal, recycling, and environmental legislation.
