Public Administration Program records consist of minutes, memoranda, reports, program material, correspondence, publications, personal letters, brochures, and working papers.

The Public Administration Program Doctoral File, 1984-91 contains material pertaining to the development of a Doctoral program in Public Affairs at SSU, including concept proposals, academic program requests, and staffing proposals. Much of the material relates to John Collins, Assoc. Professor of Administration and Public Affairs (1978 to present) and Randy Kucera, Assoc. Professor of Public Administration, (1974 to present).

The Public Administration Program Seminar file (1971) contains information relating to the executive & management development seminars held at SSU in 1971. It also contains samples of other executive development programs from that period.

Prior to 1980 every graduating student at UIS was required to submit a Graduation Report to his advisor 30 days before the end of the students final term. This applied to undergraduate and graduate students. The reports consisted of a self assessment and demonstration of the students academic achievement and communication skills. Teacher evaluations are also included in some reports.
